• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that you exit from your account at the end of each session

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier

We offer a free tier of the Service with limited functionality. This tier may be used indefinitely subject to these Terms.

Paid Subscriptions

For access to premium features, we offer paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

5. User Content

"User Content" refers to any data, information, tasks, projects, notes, or materials you upload, create, or store using our Service.

Ownership

You retain ownership of all your User Content. By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, store, or share User Content that:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
